Wanted to give these guys a big thumbs up. I never have problems using these guys. Whether it's international or local moves, they always do a great job.

Backdoor Patco

They do a good job as long as you keep giving them freight. If you opt to give your freight to another carrier or the freight slows down they will backdoor you in an instant. When I was told by my customer they were after my account. I called to enquire why and they told me since I wasn't giving them enough freight they felt it was OK to solicit my customers! I am thankful my customers are loyal.

BLM did exactly the same thing except they circumvented the traffic department and went to the president and slandered the integrety and reputations of the traffic manager and the all the people in the purchasing department and insinuated they were all "on the take" because they would not give them any freight directly and were told to contact us for any moves. They weren't and once again we kept the account. These two incidents were not recent. They took place 10 years ago when things were good.

Wow... isn't it interesting to hear someone else's take in a carrier?

That noise you hear is all the brokers going through their files to see if their shippers gave them freight after Patco pulled a load for the broker lol.

Should have seen this first just had them backdoor me (almost in the literal sense) although customer was smart enough to call me and let me know! They just did a load for this customer a few weeks ago for me, and here we are. I just read a post from 2009 stating that some brokers cut prices and requote ridiculous rates guess this street is a two-way. What pisses me off the most is I asked them what they needed for the freight! Jerks.
