One load back Sept 2013, no issues.
Another load Oct 2013, pick-up in Ft. McMurray. When driver arrived and was told it would be 4-6 hours for loading, even after telling Suzzie we will pay driver wait time, driver left the site without calling anyone.
Suzzie is super nice and good to work with. We have had one good and one kinda bad experience. Two loads don't tell a whole lot.

I had booked a load with them for an 8 am pick up time. The truck was not there for 8 am and all day long Suzie gave me the run around as to the ETA for his truck. My customer finally got fed up and ordered another truck at 2 pm which arrived prior to Paris and their driver called the other driver a few assorted names for stealing his load.
