Paris Transport double brokered our load. The carrier who actually hauled the load has contacted & billed our shipper. The carrier's factoring company has now contacted us for payment. The load was picked up Oct 31st and we mailed them cheque on Nov 7. Was a rather large invoice.....their voice mail box is full.
 
That's unfortunate, I went through our POD's on loads they hauled for us our Shipper lists the loading carrier on the bills. I don't see anything but will make note in my system.
 
We have notes in our systems regarding double brokering as well. Called on a posted load we had on Link and then called one of our regular carriers and offered it to them. Definitely DNU!
 
It's very unfortunate for the carrier who hauled the load.
The factoring company for the carrier who actually did the load contacted me again today and said Paris has told them they are going to issue a cheque to them for my load as well as some others that are apparently owed. I hope they do come through for the carriers sake.
 
We too had all of the same issues noted below with Paris. They caused quite a stink with one of my best customers. Thankfully the carrier they brokered the load to did a good job. We definitely won't be using them again.
 
The carrier who hauled our load for Paris Transport also contacted our customer for payment - I am just wondering if there was any link between the two companies - because evidently the carrier that is trying to collect from our customer uses Paris Transports fuel card? Please advise if you can who the other carrier that contacted your customer was - if you would like to PM me that would be great.
 
Their mailbox is full and they still don't answer the phone. Owes from early March
 
Any details that anyone has on Paris would be greatly appreciated.
We went to the one address and its a UPS store and the other is a house and their home but no one answer.
It was double brokered and now we are the ones screwed!!

PLEASE HELP!
