I used to deal with them regularly when we went into the US. Haven't done anything with them since last June, but all invoices prior to that were always paid quickly and in full.

Looking over their previous invoices it looks like they paid in less than 30, at he most was 40 days.

Great customer to have.

They actually were (maybe still are) a big intermodal player. They had issues last year on the intermodal side, started losing a bunch of money ... ended up renegotiating their contracts with the rails and now most of their intermodal containers have been renamed as UMAX -- which you don't see up here. There used to be a lot more Pacer containers here than there are now.

Pacer is actually based near Columbus ... the Mississauga office is actually Profex, I believe ... who are an agent of theirs ... I believe if you are dealing with Profex you are fine ... but if you're billing Pacer in Ohio ... you're still fine for now but you may just want to keep an eye out for a while.
