:confused:Does anyone know about Overtime Express Inc. They are in Hamilton, ON. They own us 400.00 $ since March 27th 2009. They where suposed to send us a check on august 21st but i still not receive nothing.:mad:

Soon you'll get the response "My customer went out of business and I can't pay you" :rolleyes: .......

I would try and collect it yourself or just send it to a collections agent.

Kathryne, or anybody else?

How does a split with a partner (or any other reason), that causes "a little trouble", and that it will take some time to "get things back in line", justify not informing a carrier at the time the load is tendered and accepted that there have been issues and payments will be way beyond normal terms of 30 days? :confused:

Business is under his wife's name, so is the house they work and live out off. if anyone has done a corporate search and can forward me there findings would be greatly appreciated
 
I have that same address in our system as Marty from CF Eagle - Crozier Court....

Then had a transaction with Overtime last year - same address again - owner listed as Yvonne McGrane...they must be affiliated somehow?
