I sure wish I read this forum before dealing with this company out of Mississauga, ON. We are trying to get payment on an invoice from April 29. We have been hung up on and lied to about when they are planning on mailing the cheque. We will be taking legal action against them.

Needless to say, they are on our DNU list.
 
If he does pay you - it will be due to the fact you kept showing up at his office....likely a few times....it is the only way.

Hopefully you will be paid - then deal with his customer directly. I have no idea how he can still be operating. Obviously by using everyone else's money....

One of our clients is owed from OTR. Accounts receivable, or anyone else in the Mississauga area do collections???
 
Got Paid

We got paid after 2 1/2 months. They sent a cheque by courier. We constantly phoned and emailed them. I guess we were annoying and it was better to pay us off, then have us continually harrass them. We wanted our money and weren't going away.
