Out the front door and in the back door

i think this is blown out of proportion but thats my 3 cents
 
A customer can never be owned, it can only be serviced. If a customer left its because you didn't service them. Every potential customer is being solicited everyday by every load broker or carrier. So if you lost your customer blame it on yourself wether a carrier goes in the front door or back door it doesn't matter because a customer can't be owned. If the Solicitation occured during the time of service well that's a NO NO and the broker has every right not to pay the carrier. There are many customers who for rate issues prefer to deal with carriers direct and will go through old bills of lading to find them.
This is my 2 cents, since everybody else put in there 2 cents.
 
Protests

Maybe a poll on this one? My thought... Old School protests a little to much, seems to me they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and are embarrassed . If they in fact did do nothing wrong they should be embarrassed by their ramblings as well as the original poster. Times are tough, things like this are happening more then ever and if they do little to no work for All Loads it could have been a good move to go after the customer and nobody would have been the wiser until a forum like this came along. I've given Pannu freight and they did an excellent job, mind you I havn't heard from that customer since but I know that's 99% coincidence and I would use Pannu again. I wasn't going to chime in on this one but since others are taking sides I felt entitled.

MARKD....THERE IS NO PROTEST LONG ENOUGH OR STRONG ENOUGH IN THIS CASE....IT WAS JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND AGGRESIVE BEHAVIOR...AND IT WAS A UNTRUTH....AND IT DID NOT NEED TO HAPPEN..
AND LIKE I SAID BEFORE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE...SO IF I SOUND AGGRESIVE THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY.....
 
You use computers? Pannu hauled for this client thru me as far back as January 2007 and if you showed up since then I might think nothing of it. You showed up within 10 hours. Not the same thing. If you're afraid to do business honestly, don't do business with me cause I might rant on you too. I'm a ranting lunatic and I can live with that. Now everyone knows ! Good, I been trying to get that message out for 20 years. THANKS inside transport !

a site like this is a great forum to weed out the idiots in today's maketplace,
and those of us from the old school have a bit of a hard time understanding how the industry turned into such a farce.you are perfectly right in your anger and i fully understand how you feel,unfortnately we sometimes lash out in anger without thinking of the repercussions (1st time this situation happened to me i was managing marway systems when phil from harrow truck lines stole a used computer company away from me....called brian to give him a chance to correct it and he laughed.....look where he is now) i never booked a shipment with them or gave them a reference again and any chance i had to "steal" a customer of there's i did.
here is another 1 of those situations where everyone is going to rant and rave and the end result is going to be the same...makes us all look like a bunch of raving lunatics.these things happens unintentinally sometimes... give dave a call (he has been around bout as long as moses) and if he cannot resolve it then call randy (owner) voice your opinion and i am sure you will both resolve this matter like gentlemen or then....go for the juggler.
we do work hard to find and retain a customer and it isn't fair to try and solicit your business to get your customer base to try and steal it... to me sir you are a non commissioned salesman who i can rely on for loads from time to time to keep my trucks rolling at peak capacity when i am available...
in this case you both are great companies.....sad we have all reduced ourselves to the point (myself also) where we operate on anger management instead of profit management...

This Thing Is Really Gettin Old....just Like Me And Moses....dan If You Are Willing To Talk I Will Be Willing To Listen...if Not I Have To Move On....your Right...we Did 2 Moves For You In Jan 07...then Nothing Till Aug 08 For Another Broker....did You Track That One Out And Address It With Them....or Did You Save It For Me...then 2 Moves For You In Sept........20 Months In Between Of Nothing..other Than A Rate Tender Invite In March Of 08....15 Months Past The Last Date I Did A Move For You....and Then It Took 7 Months For The Shipper To Call Us....damn At This Rate I Should Have All The Major Manufacturers In The Golden Triangle Sewn Up By.......2200 Ad...just In Time For The Next Big Flood....dan The Invite Is There...i Am Available 24 Hrs 7 Days A Week 365 Days A Year....call Me

Camster....I move over 60+ shipments with Pannu monthly, I have been a customer/load broker of theirs for over 3 years now! They are honest and up front, they deliver 98% on time and happy to do it. I think maybe you should watch what you post about peoples companies because I read what you have posted and none of it is ever good and you seem to want all people to fail. Why dont you tell us all where YOU work and then we can talk about your company??? Im sure we are all very interessted
