This is Dan, owner of All-Loads here, watch when you give freight to Pannu...they have an overzealous son-of-a-gun there named Tina who was caught once before backdooring us...but at least that time she let the dust settle before knocking. This time I have proof in the form of their own form letter, and confirmation from my clients that every time I send Pannu to load at one of my clients, Tina calls, asking point blank, "why don't you call me direct ?" What kind of bullsht is this ? Go earn your own clients. It's pieces of sh*t like this that lowball rates and bring them down for everyone. I pay fair rates, the rates the trucks ask for, and I pay my bills in 30 days. What does Tina hope to accomplish ? Gain a client for the same or less money and wait 45-60 days for pay ? Dumb b*tch, do you think it's easy to go sell rates high enough to cover your costs and mine ? Just because she's too lazy to go find her own business. If they got caught even only once, this shows they are unscrupulous and unethical. And stupid, they faxed me the credit reference check on my own client 10 hours after loading my freight. These people are in the same league as the non-payers and the con-men and anybody who does business like this can go to Hell. DON'T CALL ME ! All you rotten bastards know who you are.:mad::mad:
 
I understand that you are obviously angry, but I don't think this site was made to call people names and be unbusinesslike. I also think that you are condemning yourself because people don't like to do business with angry, vulgar, unprofessional people.
 
For you (Parisite) to be this angry - Pannu must be horrible. I appreciate your honesty and thanks for letting us know about your unfortunate and unpleasant situation. I have taken them out of our system altogether....
 
Thanks for the info Dan and RW4932 your right name calling and swearing is not really professional but imagine how you would feel if it was you in those shoes. I bet you'd have a few choice words yourself. Some people can contain there true feelings...others not so well.
 
I can't help but wonder if you returned the credit check and if so what was writtin on it lol?
 
They also like to park in front of carriers yards waiting and will follow their city trucks around to find out who they're doing business with and then solicit the customer and the customer may not even be that carriers!
As for rw4932.....apparently you lead a golden life and have never lost a customer to an unscrupulous operator. Hang them by their eyelids until they blink!!!

Pannu did a few shipments for me for my "Loyal" customer and now have taken that lane from us. It is a long road and a small world and I believe the more brokers they do this too, they will end up with a bad name as they are on my do not use list as well.
 
1-866-627-2668 dave, did 5 shipments (ltl) to Phoenix late in 07 and low and behold they were awarded the lane from my customer for 08.

Simple Question:

Can you explain how 10 hours after you moved a shipment for them you had then tried to sent a credit reference over to there customer?
Just curious of how you will explain this to us all?
 
They Called Us For P/u....bid Was Put In In March...sales Person Stayed In Touch Like She Is Supposed And Finally They Gave Her A Shipment To Move.....did She Do Something Evil....no....she Did Her Job....put A Bid In On A Tender And Was Eventually Given A Chance

Number one, it is very childish and unprofessional to post such a thing. If you would have maybe looked into this a little bit more instead of getting your back up it might have been cleared with out all the ranting and blabering on Inside Transport. I always think you should need to know what you are talking about before you TRY and ruin someones reputaiton and hard work to suceed in this very hard world of transportation.
There was nothing done wrong by Pannu Transport, they have been working with the client since early this year. Pannu never did ONE load for All loads out of this customer until September of this year. So in fact....They could posted a very mean and childish rant saying All Loads back doored them!! but as proffessionals they did NOT. Everyone works very hard and long hours in this industry and I think maybe a little verbal communication would have alliviated any of this mess!!
 
to all those who want to slam pannu...no sweat say what you need to say if you think its going to make a difference...but be cautious of whats in your backyard...everybody in this industry is having a tough time and it seems like some people want to use this type of forum to get a leg up on one another, to overpower, undermine, destroy, or attempt to break down what appears to be one of the few companies who are succedding. im not sure about anyone else but everyday i hear about another transport or load broker disappearing..everyday another down...someone else not getting paid...someone asking where did so and so go to...i look at this as we are all one big army fighting the ecomony, fuel prices, the cdn dollar, ongoing changes and rules at the border, another security measure, increase safety standards to those who have a proven good safety rating etc etc and when one falls we all take a hit....this should make everybody a little bit more humble to know TODAY your job was saved. at some point in time someone will be knocking on your customers door or you will knock on theirs it is a part of the business...i know for certain pannu did not do anything sneaky, devious, or unethical they did their jobs...just like you all try to do everyday...the difference pannu would not back door anyone it is not their style not now not ever...pannu was build on names and reputation throughout the industry..the group that works there is amongst the tighest in the industry....pannu has always had the belief that the best approach to walk through the front door not the back and back away when it puts a relationship (carrier or broker) in jeopardy...remember we are all on the same team fighting the same battle....we can slam each other all day long it doesnt matter it not will do a thing for any of us...what needs to happen is a little more cooperation, respect, and trust so we can all get through this shitty time in trucking and still be business to talk about how WE survived, WE succeded, WE pulled through, WE continued to feed our families and go on enjoying life that we all deserve after busting our nuts in trucking....if anyone is brave enough, or man enough to continue throwing punches im all for the fight, bring it on...as long as you know it wont make any difference when we are done.
 
Used Pannu's services for the past year, done a good job and customers are still with me. could just be a misunderstanding.
 
Maybe a poll on this one? My thought... Old School protests a little to much, seems to me they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and are embarrassed . If they in fact did do nothing wrong they should be embarrassed by their ramblings as well as the original poster. Times are tough, things like this are happening more then ever and if they do little to no work for All Loads it could have been a good move to go after the customer and nobody would have been the wiser until a forum like this came along. I've given Pannu freight and they did an excellent job, mind you I havn't heard from that customer since but I know that's 99% coincidence and I would use Pannu again. I wasn't going to chime in on this one but since others are taking sides I felt entitled.
