Something strange going on with this company.

Shady character who answers: Mahalin

He's contacting brokers and carriers alike and asking them about load and truck information then posting on his loadboard (without consent).

Caught red handed as when I asked for his Carrier MC#, insurance package, etc... he sent me that from a carrier that we work with regularly. When we spoke to the carrier, they had no idea this 'outfit' was posting their trucks for them nor that they were passing off their carrier paperwork as their own operating authority. I confronted him about his business and he seemed to think what he was doing was ok. Makes me sick.

I've contacted just about every carrier that had trucks 'posted' on his loadboard and they all had no idea this was transpiring, some of the brokers too.

Know who you are working with people. If they hide behind email, don't answer the phone, etc... there could be an issue. Have an awesome afternoon!!

How does this guy have over 400 loads posted? Are brokers that silly to just give their load information to 'whomever calls/emails'??? This guy is not a carrier!!

Also of note - trucks posted looking for loads in January. Talk about a long layover!

I used to get a bunch of emails from these jokers everyweek. I think they wake up in the morning and do screenshots of the link and those are all his loads and trucks now. He may put all the other double,triple brokers out of business.

His emails now go to the trash bin as when I did call him once on a load it was a load I used to do regularly for another broker that had lost it. The problem was he was not who they lost it too..
 
Anything new with those clowns? It seems like they are still doing this shady business and now it's April. No one caught them?
 
I think this forum lacks the data base. If we all pooled in and sent all shady brokers and trucking companies, and this place would have been visited by enough people, we would save a lot of nervous and money!

Also by checking OnTheGo Logistics website, it seems they want to become second LINK.
 
You are right. It looks like that they are a load board. I read the 'Terms of service' in their website
