Frankly, I don't mind higher speed limit outside of GTA with only ONE SMALL condition..
If everyone will follow the rules of blinking, passing, lane changing, on- and off - ramp travelling..

I really don't know what the agenda is behind this. I can't see that this increase is actually going to make things any different for anybody. If people just followed the rules of the road traffic would flow and there would be no "problems" or need to raise the limit. I can't see it solving any perceived problems that this is going to solve.
