Ongoing Driver rates

Hello Team

Wondering if I can get an idea of the current rate for both local and hwy drivers in the GTA?
Just a genuine question. Don't really want to hear what people are doing or how they are doing it. Simple question, Rate for drivers on Payroll only.
The driver who has a minimum of 3 years of experience + over 25 years of age No demerit points.

Well, that is a completely open ended question. Where are you running, what type of equipment, is hand bombing or inside deliveries required.? All these things will skew the results of your question.

In the end, pick a number that the driver should make per year - what number should be on his T4 at the end of the year. Take that number and divvy it up any way you like so that your driver makes that number. Mileage, picks and drops, waiting time, tarping, border etc - you can carve it out whatever way you like. At least in the end you can show your driver the T4 and say to the driver, 'yes, across the street they pay more for border pay but can you make this much per year doing one trip per week with east coast deliveries?'
