The name of this firm and the location rings a bell.
We weren't paid on a couple loads and it turns out the owner of the company had some health issues and passed away. This was a couple years ago and ended up having to write it off as bad debt. Trying to dig it up but if you have some more information maybe DM me the company info and I'll see what I can look up.
