Loadlink, we exchanged emails, all authorities is dated January 2024 I have passed on them for now until I have more info.

It is always a red flag if a carrier calls in on posting but I can't find them

They were under Rosko Grewal Transport Inc. (same MC #). They amended their name to One Call Express Inc.

I've just ask for a picture of a truck. Legit. We book our first load with them intra-On, shipper will take picture of the truck once they'll be on site.

I've done a couple LTL's with these guys and everything went smoothly.

They've done some Ottawa loads for me. Good service and communications.

Awful service! Took 3 days to take a 1/2 load to MTL from the GTA. Held the freight hostage for 2 days with little to no communication. Threatened a coworker to show up and "teach them a lesson". Swore at everyone and called the company racist. They now have a warning through Loadlink. Would stay very far away from ever using them.

Frustrating experience on my first load with these guys. KY-QC LTL, arrived a day late, which happens, but it was the communication.... Got a different story every time I called, "sorry freight is on the wrong trailer" (3 times), "sorry wrong Samsara tracking link" (twice, never did get the right one), "sorry been dealing with a big problem in Missouri, North Carolina, Samsara...". Whether they were being untruthful or were actually that disorganized, it just got to the point where there was really no point in relaying updates from them to my customer.
