I booked a load with On A Roll out of Iowa to Brampton and explained to Jeremy that I could not confirm Thursday or Friday pick up. Jeremy then called our office 4 times on Wednesday afternoon begging for a Thursday pick up. Our driver hustled to deliver and was enroute to Jeremy's reload, so I called Jeremy with the positive news only to be screamed at and told I had no business dispatching MY driver to HIS customer. Not sure if this guy is bi polar or new to the industry. He advised me the load was no longer mine due to unprofessional behavior. He is on our DNU list for future freight and I suggest you avoid them at all costs. We ended up doing the exact same load for a much more competant broker.

We have done one shipment for Jeremy and didn't encounter any of these problems. We did the dispatching ourselves, and have been paid for the move as well.
