Omnitrans is primarily a customs broker with a logistics division, therefore their credit history is extremely important for them. Bad credit and they cannot clear their clients shipments = end of business.
They do work a great deal with the rag trade and this industry is on the decline, maybe this is affecting their payments.
Is it possible that there were service issues that have caused the delay??
