Magnitude, I didn't end up with a problem with Shivaay myself, a friend at larger carrier warned me of the issue and I posted here to warn others. The email address of the owner/former owner(not sure) is above in BCBOY's post but from the sound of their email it seems they were a victim as well. What is the specific problem you had with them or was it another Kuldeep Otal company? More specific information will help other members tailor their advice to your situation.
