yes, payment received - 200 days old , multiple phone calls to make collection efforts and personal visits - all to collect $500.00......all others stay away unless you really need this kind of business, OAK TRAIL - pls pass on calling us for anything else - you've been obsoleted in our system
Just to follow up they are on the Link offering LTL and ftl going west from GTA. They load on their own trucks i believe crossdock and sell to the lowest cheapest truckers they can find. Found out they had double brokered on a load going into our own warehouse that is how dumb some of these crooks are. We found out that they company they gave it to turned around and gave it to another. So Oaktrail gave our freight to Destiney freight who in turn gave it to Highland Express. On our DNU with the rest of them.

Anyone that deals with Destiny Freight out of WPG would be considered suspect! Bunch of scoundrels that would not know the truth if it walked up and shook their hands! Endless lies and double brokered my freight. Had to rescue from the brokered truck near Brooks. Driver couldn't figure out why he was loosing coolant. Maybe the missing rad cap should have been a clue!

Are they the same as Oak Trail Transport? We did a load for Destiny in 2019 - I went and sat in their office everyday for four days - with my phone and laptop and worked out of there till I got paid.... on my DNU list
I would not give them freight or haul freight for them. Took me at one point and sold my load to someone else who in turn sold it to someone else. Delivered to my own warehouse on a different carrier that is how dumb these guys are at Oak Trail.

I received an apology for the mix-up, and a cheque was sent to me by courier.

Everyone knows (or should) by now this is how Paul operates.
As soon as you ask in here it's likely time to inform Load Link and see what they do. I've been asking Load Link to share numbers of complaints currently lodged against any of their members so the other good paying members are informed - this is a service they should offer.
No surprise - no great responses to this as of yet.
Paul and his kind aren't reputable enough to have access to any load board - this is where Load Link fails miserably.

It is my understanding that Link removed them off the board. As there was on Safer an Out Of Service.
