NY Thru-way - billing issues

Are we the only company receiving "notice of violation" and invoices for units directly from the NY State Thruway while also being billed for the same unit at the same day, time and lane on our EZ Pass Transponder....is anyone else out there seeing this?
 
In our case the driver actually travelled the Thruway several times without a transponder in the truck. The penalties for this outweigh the tolls. I am sure with a little time invested NYS will clear this up for you.
 
We've got about 3 weeks into it already with no resolution......my greatest concern is that we are being billed via NYTHruway and through EZ Pass....and am still curious to know if anyone else is experiencing the identical thing. Dates range from Sept 09-through Oct 09, with notification to us occuring in the past two weeks.
