Good luck, domain name registered 44 days ago, and anyone who hides behind a generic email like info@ and does not provide a name looks like trouble. I wouldn't hold my breath on this one. Hopefully you have the owners name, personal address and personal guarantee on file.

What's wrong with a generic email like info? My entire dispatch department runs out of a dispatch@ email. Although the rest are all insane red flags to DNU, not sure the generic email address is one of them

The generic dispatch@ is fine if you get a real person's name at the bottom of the email in a signature with hopefully a phone number and extension. Lots of companies use shared mailboxes to ensure that something doesn't get overlooked but good companies also have a proper signature on the bottom of their email so you know who responded.

A signature like:
Thanks, Dispatch
dispatch@xyz.com
XYZ Company

is not worth anything. You may as well have left it blank.

info@ and sales@ is great for generic inquires where you don't know who responds and starts an email thread. It's use it to send it to the right team of individuals to handle it much like dispatch@, ap@ and ar@.

In my past life, we chose to break it down in teams:
inbounddispatch@
outbounddispatch@
domesticdispatch@
etc...

Worked well so our dispatch teams could share the communications and when someone went on vacation, nothing got missed.

But I agree, when you get a reply from a group email, I want a name and phone number in the signature. In case I need to call that person up and help them directly.

Keep well,
Mike
