Numbered company 2042039

Don't forget to throw Silver Star in this mix...Super Saving Furniture, Silver Star Trans., 2042039, 1776944, KBT, National Carriers...they are all connected, as in father, sons and a cousin.

Any time you see a numbered company it should be a red flag.
If they dont care enough to put a name on it why would they care about anything else. To me it's like calling your kid the number on the birth certificate!

I can't agree more with "WhatIship". Numbered companies are flag #1. Is it just me or 80% of the time when the company name sounds fly-by-night or hoakey, it generally is?

I get nervous when I see unit numbers in addresses for "carriers". If they don't have a whole building, do they have a place to park a fleet (do they have one?).

The biggest flag for me, and forgive me if you are in the area, but Brampton addresses as a rule scare me too. It used to be Quebec, but not anymore.

I'll quote myself from 8/26/10:

Several companies operate out of Brampton that are less than ethical, although there are some amazing providers in Brampton. Some examples of the wonderful ones are: Travelers, York, Kris Kay, Forbes, United, Fortel and Holmes... Brampton is a big place!

I'll certainly let you know of all the ones that I find are not to par to save you the potential headache.

Keep well,
