NORTHWEST CARRIER LTD

Hi Bhinder, We have used Northwest Carrier 5 times from 2021-2022. Robin & Anoop are our contacts. While their updates are average, they still get the job done. Typically, it is pretty smooth sailing. I would have no issues giving them another load. If you don't mind me asking, do you know who was the contact at Northwest who called your client?

We have not had this happen to us on the loads they completed.

I have an entire email thread to this gentleman confessing he backdoored us.
I would not trust them with any freight moving forward. I would caution you and all the other brokers.

We gave them a load in the past as well.
Luckily the shipper called and enlightened us.
