Northern Quebec loads

I have 6 loads out of Concord,ON for Hydro Quebec project Centrale Laforge 2. Any interest or pointers?

Les Services JAG runs many areas of Northern Quebec. Might be a good starting point.
Not sure is Martin Roy Transport goes quite that far, but they may be another.
