Looking for help from anyone. This company froze a produce load on me. Cfia reports and all done correctly, but they won't send reefer download to me or their own insurance company. This is holding up the claim. The won't answer calls and owner Raj, tells everyone he is sending it, but then blocks # after. Anyone have any details on this company or other related issues. I've never heard of an insurance co holding up claim payment because a reefer report wasn't submitted, but it's what I seem to be dealing with now
