This company is a fraud. They double broker loads, try to collect the payment and not pay the end carrier.

THEY ARE SCAMMER . THEY DON'T HAVE TRUCK AND THEY ARE TENDERING OUT THE LOADS TO OTHER CARRIERS. LOOKS FOR THE FREIGHT GUARD REPORTS.

"THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER, THE OWNER IS VERY ABUSIVE OVER THE PHONE AND EVEN ON EMAIL , WE BOOKED SOME LOADS WITH THEM AND THEY KEPT HOSTAGE AND WE HAD TO PAY UPFRONT TO RECOVER THE FREIGHT. THE OWNER, DISPATCH AND ACCOUNT ARE ALL FRAUD AND LIARS. THEY DIDN'T PAY BACK OUR MONEY AND STARTED IGNORING PHONE CALLS. THEY DON;T HAVE TRUCKS BUT THEY ARE BROKERING OUT THE FREIGHT, IF SOMEONE HAS TO PAY THEM , PLEASE STOP THE PAYMENT . NOT TO BE USED BY ANY BROKER . SCAMMER AND FRAUDSTERS"

CARRIER FAILED TO PROVIDE UPDATES ON LOCATION, DELIVERY ETA’S, AND THEY MISSED MULTIPLE DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS. 6/15/2023 REPORT FILED WITH THE ALBERTA POLICE. LOAD DELIVERED DEL 6/20. CALGARY POLICE NOTED ADDRESS FOR CARRIER WAS A TRUCK REPAIR BUSINESS.

THESE GUYS TOOK 3 LOADS THAT I BOOKED WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. THEY DELIVERED 2 OF THE 3 LOADS, AND ASKED ME FOR PAYMENT BEFORE THEY WOULD DELIVER THE 3RD LOAD. THEY SENT ME PROOF OF THE LOAD CONFIRMATION FROM STS BUT TOLD ME IF I DONT PAY THEM, THEY WONT DELIVER MY THIRD LOAD. THEY MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH STS AND CAME TO ME ASKING ME FOR MONEY. NOW THEY ARE HOLDING MY LAST LOAD HOSTAGE AND WONT DELIVER IT, AFTER I TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY FOR THE LAST LOAD IF THEY DELIVER IT

WE BOOKED OH-AB LOAD WITH HARWINDER ON 5/24. WE SPOKE TO THE DRIVER AND HE WAS EMPTY 40 MILES OUT. WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT CARRIER ALL NIGHT. MY CUSTOMER EMAILED THE MORNING OF 5/25 STATING THE FREIGHT HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP. CARRIER CLAIMED THEY PICKED UP LOAD HAVE BUT THEIR DRIVER IS UNABLE TO SEND THE BOL. AFTER 5 HOURS AND MANY PHONE CALLS TRYING TO GET THE BOL, DISPATCH BEGAN SCREAMING AT ME OVER THE PHONE AND HUNG UP. CURRENTLY ON OUR DO NOT LOAD LIST.
