Everyone makes mistakes with the exception of these people. They were to pick up 2 shipments on the same multi axle trailer in Michigan and del to Ontario. Picked up on time , delivered on time. However quite some time after the delivery we receive a message from our customer (in Ontario) that the shipper has advised one of the shipments is still on the dock. ( the shipper also knew we were picking up both shipments so are partially to blame) So after some investigation on the customers end and ours we find no pod for the second shipment and it is indeed still in Michigan. We bring this to the attention of Pretty at North Edge who proceeds to tell us they did deliver and why are we making up stories. After some calm conversations and emails she says the only way she will believe this is with video footage from shipper or receiver and hung up on us. She refused to answer the phone after this. We did send them another email to say in case they were concerned we had the other shipment picked up and delivered with no reply. Everyone makes mistakes just own up to them.

Yes and paid for both because we didn't find out in time. They still insist they delivered both even though they didn't have a pod and the driver no longer works there . Plus I'm pretty sure the shipper wouldn't just give away a load for free lol
