I delivered two loads for them in APRIL this year. They definitely turned out to be a scam. But I did manage to find out how to get the funds from the original carrier which in this case was TQL.
If anyone needs help on how to go out this process, I will be more than happy to assist.

Latest I got today.
Now they tell their client they are contacting the carriers in 40 mins. Did not say what day and the consignee is going to pay them.
Explained to her she will have to pay twice if she pays them, as they are not paying carriers. She told me no.
This is going to be a fight and I am looking forward to this one.

I subscribed to this forum because there was talk about North Eastern Trucking out of Dorval. My client recently gave a load to this company and the truck is nowhere to be found as of late yesterday. The company is not answering their phones and my client is very worried as there is about $100,000 of equipment on this deck. This load was picked up in Sanford Maine on the 16th of June and was supposed to deliver in Portage La Prairie MB. Does anyone have any information that might help us find the truck? My client is willing to pay the trucker directly to get the load delivered. Thanks in advance for any help!
Try reaching the customs broker to get a pars # and trace by carrier code, as well as the manifest should have licence plates for truck and trailer. That is provided it made it to Canada

Well.. the Manager.. " telephone tuff guy Matt" hung up in my ear.. I found who they double brokered the load from .. Trinity Logistics in MO .. the manager from Tirinty told me to basically beat it....
the tuff guy Matt.. told me i'll never be paid now.... and wont get on the phone... is the orinigal broker not on the hook for this still ? how do I go about getting pay for this ?
