They are only a carrier. The FMCSA brokerage authority was revoked in 2021. If you have proof of double brokerage I'd reach out to the original broker ASAP.

You have to do your own due diligence to identify if someone who gives you freight is worthy of the credit that you're offering to them. Having a FMCSA broker authority is only one very small consideration.
If Beeline is not paying you, and you have exhausted all methods of getting paid, then send one final communication that your next step will be to reach out to CAMPACO. If Campaco is their customer, they just might pay you quickly to avoid an embarrassment from their customer. If this happens count your lucky stars but don't use them again.
