Took 60 days to get paid ($4000.00) for two loads. Finally received a cheque and it bounced. Lucien at Nomax told us too bad he had no money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

Nomax Transport

Nomax Transport

We have given them 12 loads since Sept. 08, the last one on May 14th. this year. They've done a great job with our freight, however, we have learned that they are using us as a credit reference. I don't know why - we are not a vendor to them - we were a customer, but no longer. I am always dismayed when an otherwise good carrier stiffs other carriers, especially ones we have a good working relationships with.

Turns out these two loads were double brokered the original broker was Arlington transportation out of....you guessed it Montreal. Carmen at Arlington gave Lucien at Nomax permission to double broker these loads. The problem is Nomax does not have a brokers license US or Canada or a surrety bond. I made the 8hr drive to Alexandria ON to pay Nomax a visit left there with an iron clad resolve. They have until the 12th to pay me or Lucien will be charged with fraud.

Another point Arlington paid Nomax on Mar 25 09. Our company PARS was on the B.O.L. along with our company listed as the carrier.

instead of blasting someone why aren't you working with them to get paid
do they have problems?
you seem to be very aggresive of a person
this is why i hate these website that demean a company that has no chance of defending themselves
people like you probably liying to make yourself seem right and to trash other just to make yourself feel better

It's a simple concept. You get paid so pay the people that did the job !!

Times are tough for everyone, not just you !

And you were given a chance, your response was "take me to small claims and i'll pay you before we get to court". Sorry not good business, and sending a rubber cheque to buy time isn't a good idea either.

It's too bad things had to go the route they did, but that was entirely your decision.

If anyone is curious, -Life is a Highway- is Nomax transport. It's written on their confirmation under their name. And now the invoice is 90 days.

Pay the man for his work

It's plain and simple. Pay a company for what they have done. I am getting sick of seeing people getting bent over. It's these sorry sacs of skins that make it hard for decent honest brokers. I find it funny that these are the same people that start calling after 14 days looking for payment. I have used NoMax in the past as a carrier their first load and last load with me. Nomax was late for the delivery appointment and it took their driver an hour to back into a dock. I felt foolish, first load with this customer and I almost lost them due to an inept driver. We still paid Nomax, within term.

turns out these two loads were double brokered the original broker was arlington transportation out of....you guessed it montreal. Carmen at arlington gave lucien at nomax permission to double broker these loads. The problem is nomax does not have a brokers license us or canada or a surrety bond. I made the 8hr drive to alexandria on to pay nomax a visit left there with an iron clad resolve. They have until the 12th to pay me or lucien will be charged with fraud.

have we paid you ???>????????????
Stop crying !!!!

Stop crying !!!!

I don't beleive he was crying to begin with. Here is the question I pose to you though. How would you react to an invoice that was sitting at 90 days? Especially if you were to find out it was double brokered and that the company you got the freight from wasn't licensed to broker freight? How upset would you be if you had to take a day out of your schedule to go settle something which by all rights you would have already want to have been paid for. He has now incurred fuel to come see you to rectify this situation before atttempting legal recourse. I beleive you should be thankful of that fact and not acting in such a professional manner as quoted above...

We are in that situation with some clients.
u don't see us crying about it.
and i'm not going to down them.
because were not those kind of people.
we understand time are harder than ussual.
if everybody would be perfect all the time this would be a world without war.
WAKE UP
IT'S not and if u think it is your none the wiser.
every one looks out for themselves first and foremost.
DJSS was screaming and yell at us over the phone and they were pretty dam, eratic.
come the f?><"?>: down.
you got paid now shut the hell up
because now we know whats to think about u.
if a carrier is using DJSS beware of overkill agressivity.
don't make a mistake
because their perfect and they expect everyone to be
NO i'm not perfect but only if they would give the truth of the matter you understand our position.

OK, maybe you should stay off the highway here. You willingly participated in illegal activity, and of course after the carrier found out they would put tons of pressure on you to ge paid, then to receive a rubber cheque come on. I wouldn't of called the cops but scarier people to collect the money owed!

I've had about enough of your mindless rants Lucien, the only person "crying" is you. And YOU need to wake up, if this is the way you do business you are in for a rough ride ! We have been burned in the past and it's not going to happen again if i can help it. Your walking a pretty fine line here, running your mouth the way you are. Consider yourself good and lucky we haven't called the U.S. DOT because if they found out you were brokering freight without a license or a surety bond you might as well wipe your eyes with your US authorities.

If you don't like people banging on your door PAY YOUR BILLS!
