they were to deliver a shipment for us, but had damaged the items beyond repair, (they took it upon themselves to take to a warehouse and drop off the skids), we were then informed by this warehouse, charges are 250.00 which we had to pay, they would not release the goods. not sure if this was a scam between these 2 places, as we had no idea Noel dropped it there) .. I will get the name of the warehouse, ( they are being investigated by the police, seems there were stolen goods and equipment on their property)
 
I too had a very bad experience. Cargo never got delivered....they didn't seem to know where the truck was, 3 days past delivery appointment receiver cancelled their PO with shipper. Had to contact their insurance company to get any action on Noel finding the truck.
