Very unprofessional experience working with this company. Kiran, was extremely difficult to deal with and displayed a poor attitude throughout the communication.
They agreed to book the load after requesting an additional $800, assuring us that delivery would be completed tuesday 100%. However, afterward, they questioned why we were pushing for Tuesday delivery, even though the delivery commitment had already been discussed and confirmed.
The lack of clear communication, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing. A company should understand its commitments before accepting a load, especially after negotiating a higher rate based on a guaranteed delivery date.
