With all due respect... If you are a freight broker and your compliance person and/or you do not know how to access this information... YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
Any broker worth a pinch of c$%# S@!& see's this and this carrier doesn't get the load.
Guess what happens when bad carriers can't get loads... they dry up and die and open up a convenience store or something else not related to transportation.
Once the P.O.S. carriers are all gone... there's no choice but to pay a fair price and give freight to the honest, hard working, playing by the rules, doing things right carriers and issues like these go away.
If you really have a compliance guy on staff... you really should have a chat with him/her about their procedure.
