How is everyone dealing with this new Federal Holiday this week. Are you open closed, or giving driver this day or an alternate day in lieu. Just wonder what options people are throwing out there as a mid week is not very efficient in this industry.

We will remain open as we are not a federally regulated business.

We are paying the day but had the drivers and office staff vote and we are going to move the day to the August long weekend as that is not a federal holiday. You have to let your employees vote and go with whatever the majority decides if you are going to do it that way.
