Does anyone have any updates on New Century? I have 3 open invoices and no new info. I am told there is a factoring company involved, does anyone know who?

Based on what happened and how they disappeared they've filed for Chapter 7.
You can file for a lawsuit and once their assets are sold off you can get paid. It will take years for it to happen, but from the looks of it that might be the only way to get paid.

Isn't Chapter 7 U S Law?
These guys are Provincial Corps and one is Canada. We are pursuing the shippers/ receivers at this time as it may be the quickest resolution. Thank !

Do not pay them! Tell them to send you a full and final release, deducting the costs you have suggested. You have a right to do so. The contract was breached!
