Please beware of these folks, Did an ltl from Brampton to Tilbury, Confirmation says deliver same day or next day , we delivered the 2 skids the next morning into Tilbury , We sent our invoice to them and our accounts department received a call from them that we must reduce the invoice $75.00and re-submit because we delivered the next day and not the same day, We tracked the shipment with them from start to finish and no word was mentioned or a revised confirmation saying about the reduction if we did not deliver same day, There only excuse was "we charge significantly lower for next day ltl shipments" , The person there we dealt with is Shaqueel Kassam, I don't know about you folks but I am sure getting tired of these scammers , I guess the only way to fight back is to get the word out about these people and how they conduct business. I know it is only $75.00 but its the point that they did this at their discretion.

Did something similar to us about a year ago. Booked 4 spots, when we picked it up turned out to be about 6 spots. Called him to get the confirmation changed with a new rate. When he paid the bill he short-paid to the original amount. When we called him to ask why, he claimed we were holding him hostage. A real piece of work...

They booked 1 plt 4x4x4 with us to p/u in Concord to go to Mississauga and knew we had a straight trk . Driver arrived waited 3 hrs for freight that was supposed to be ready. They begged us not to leave. At the end of the 3 hrs they had 26 plts for us and wanted a hwy unit. Our hwy units were fully booked up and not available. They got pissed at us for not having a trailer sitting around waiting for their order and refused to pay for the straight trk ordered not used after 3 hrs. I had to hold other frt to get paid and refused to work with them again.
