Same... I haven't dealt with then for a few years. I'd posted some freight to the Pacific Northwest. They called on it but I had already covered the shipment. After that... they called daily begging for freight. A few weeks later I gave them a try. My mistake. Just like you brew... they lied time after time. They freight finally delivered 2 weeks after pick up and I lost a customer.

I will not use them ever again. Once was plenty for me.

For clarification... I'm not an unreasonable person / broker. I understand that stuff happens. We have an asset division here and I get that... I see it happen here from time to time. However, if a broker gets the truth from the carrier and that info is relayed to the customer and everyone is on the same page... that's one thing. But when a carrier tells you that truck is broke down and then he can't get offloaded at the delivery before yours and the broker shares this info with the consignee. Then the consignee says to the driver... "so I hear you've had a bad week?" and the driver says "What are you talking about I just left Toronto Friday and you're my first stop." Well... that's the only time we'll do business together.
 
I used them only one time on an LTL. I didn't have a problem with that shipment.

Hello, any service updates on this carrier? They are calling on a load that requires a flatbed. Load pending. Thanks.
 
Used 5 times this year, no glaring notes.. but the above would be cause for caution.
 
Anyone here worked with Siva or Sam?

Did 3 Loads for them all at once.

1. Horrible communication from their end. Don't respond to e-mails neither do they answer calls.

2. Their dispatch sent my driver to a Sams club location advising it is a reworked load and doesn't need an appointment. Made my driver sit all day.

3. Waiting to get revised confirmations on Lumper charges and detentions along with redeliveries. E-mailed customer several times and called them. I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Day ended called the next day, I was told within the hour, then by noon, then by end of day. Then I was told He has a lot on his plate he'd get it to me.

Then I Called the following business day, he wouldn't answer my calls. Called his coleagues who gave the managers number. Once I spoke with the Manager Siva e-mails me saying "you are an idiot"

Very unprofessional and unresponsive customer. Will update on what happens.

Also make sure call recording is on when working with this customer so you have documented proof of everything going on.
 
They are terrible. They have no communication whatsoever. When you do ask when they will deliver they will just make up a day and time and not show up. They will say anything to get the freight on the trailer and then extort you before delivery and ask to be paid before they deliver. Will never admit that they are wrong by not communicating. Not once will they say sorry for not being where they say they will be. A very underhanded way of doing business and will put your freight on and deliver when they feel like it but ask for payment before they deliver. The lies and Lies they provide are outstanding. They want payment but there are so many lies that your not even sure if they have the freight anymore.

Had them contact me on a Woodstock to North York load a few weeks ago. We agreed on price.. I sent over my packet.. and then nothing more from them. Now I'm feeling glad they forgot about me.
