Need to Move a large statue moose all over canada, Ideas?

Hi All,

We got a pretty peculiar request from a client of ours, we need to move a large statue moose for an event from Montreal to Cambridge to Calgary to Vancouver and then back to Montreal. The size of this thing is 10' L x 5' 4" W x 6' 7" H. It can be moved with a pump truck but no loading docks and of course won't fit on a tailgate. We are suggesting a custom crate that can be knocked down and rebuilt for each event easily and thinking perhaps local tilt n' loads or piggy backs to get them from origins to the docks and then and delivering the same way. I would just cut the moose in parts and use proper pickup truck to transport - waaay cheaper then other options

I think we want to go the route of a local white glove type P&D agent in each city to get it on the line-haul and take off the line-haul portion. I have Montreal and Cambridge pretty well covered for this, just not Calgary and Vancouver. Any suggestions for those would be helpful.
