Need to move a car from Toronto to Calgary

Been a while since I moved a car, but when I did, I used Champion - 866-381-0715. Its been a while, so not sure if they are still active but you can try.

I used Abrams Towing in the past, however not sure if it was their vehicle that did the hauling. If you can get access to a loading dock or ramp at both ends, put it on a flat or step deck. Not recommended however if the vehicle is antique/classic or expensive.

if it cn go on a dry van call JR HAll drive to their terminal they can put on trailer to Calgary terminal and have you customer pick up from there.

Was thinking the same thing, don't mean to hijack your post Riyaz but if anyone knows of someone that can move a car from ON to BC please let me know as well. Rail is not an option due to the ground clearance and value.

If it is an expensive vehicle, call one of the auto specialists like TFX in Etobicoke.

ahah no actually the opposite, need my summer ride back here, its getting some go fast stuff done to it, keeps me from going insane during busy season.
so in the past I have moved a car LTL- if you get a tow truck guy booked on either direction - a car acn move LTL in a dry van ... maybe worth a shot to check with LTL carriers
provided the car is run of the mill - nothing large etc...

Shipping in a van is a good option and have done it several times, you may have to hire a tilt up on both ends to load / unload.

Not many carriers will want to move a vehicle and it may take a while to find the right driver for this, especially when securing the vehicle in the van.

If you want to use a car hauler we have no issues with Kee West Auto Carriers for moves in western Canada
