Navi Transport

Has anyone got paid recently by this company. They are giving hard time to pay their dues.

99 PRAIRIE ROSE CIR
BRAMPTON, ON L6R 1R7
 
This might have something to do with it. They were on Facility Insurance and now FMCSA placed them OOS.

They are not a broker so if you're not getting paid, I would look deeper to see if it was double brokered.

First of all, I apologise for the delay in payment.
Please give me a call at 289-406-0463 Ext 101 or email me with the details regarding the order numbers and when you submitted your invoice. I will get this sorted out on a priority basis.

FYI, our regular payment terms are 45 days. As we ourselves are a carrier company and totally understand that the current market conditions are very hard for carriers to survive.

So you are not a licensed freight broker registered with FMCSA , but you still broker freight? What other activities do you participate in without proper registration?

We have a separate company registered for brokering out the freight, and we sell the freight under that MC/DOT, and I will be more than happy to provide details if needed.

We have contacted you multiple times regarding the outstanding payment, and your tone on the phone has been completely different from how you’re communicating here.

If you have another MC for Brokerage, why are you BROKERING LOADS under NTS????
Can you provide your Brokerage MC # ????

If they do indeed have a separate, brokerage division, operating legally with its own MC#, then you could file with the company holding their surety bond for your unpaid invoices. The surety company would be listed under their MC# with FMCSA.

I am not following. At first, you said no one was replying, and now you say my tone is different. How come...Even though I am not even the accounting guy

Please let me know your MC, and I will dig it down and post everything here for transparency so everyone can get a clearer picture. And personally, I spoke to 100 guys daily on the call and still never had any complaints.

Why are you afraid to call or email us if you have a payment pending????? I even gave you my ext for convenience.
Because you don't have anything pending with us, and I'm pretty confident about who is behind this and who you are representing......

They dont have any Brokerage mc, He is just trying to play around. I am just waiting for my payments and then I will post everything online. they dont even have any Surety Bond and their MC is revoked as well. I am pretty sure this guy will have an answer to that as well???
 
Looks Like "Move Master Logistics" MC1756308 is at the same business address for NTS
holding 6 months active Brokerage authority so far

Yep, same address, different legal entity, different Directors, but the same industry.
