National Freight Forwarding/Gilson Freight/Tesla Logistics

National12, it seems to most of us reading this thread, that every time you post a response, you are only making yourself look worse and worse. It might be time to get out of that bad light, get the load delivered and immediately collect your money. Of course at this point, no one really knows if you have the freight or even know where it is, or if indeed you are entitled to be paid for freight you may or may not have actually hauled. A common practice amongst known fraudsters is to try and cloud and confuse the issue to such a point in the hopes that you will receive a payment made in error.

I also vouch for L3M. We have done business with Mike since 2009 totaling 181 movements and never had an issue with payment. They also have a FMCSA broker bond which in itself indicates that they are a reputable company.

@national12 , if you're telling the truth and the freight is on your truck you would be a fool not to take up @Mike1710 on his offer to get paid right away and put this issue to bed.

If you're not truthful then better come clean. You know where the money is now - take the easy way out now.

We've done some work for L3M- never an issue getting payment. To be honest, their creditworthiness is likely 3x higher than the majority of carriers that participate in this triple brokering/sister company/multiple CVORs/offices in Nova Scotia for insurance reasons/Driver Inc schemes.

NFFI added to our DNU list as well.

Good morning folks! We have reached out to the insurance companies of both Gilson Freight and NFFI to report the stolen cargo. We assume the insurance certs are legit, but I guess we'll find out soon enough. Has anyone had any experiences, positive or negative, reporting stolen cargo to the Insurance Bureau of Canada? We are about to go down that road too along with filing a police report and it sounds like they broadcast it to all insurance companies/law enforcement agencies across the country. Anyone else go down this road with success?
Yes, we had some success with Police involvement in having an unreasonable carrier releasing the freight back to us. They did not delvier it, we had to arrange pick up at their dock.

Hello @Mike1710 @Freight17 and All

Who is the owner of National Freight Forwarding, I ll try to connect the dots and see if I can find a real picture. as of now, it sounds fishy but not sure yet.

Look for Broker, are they the same for both insurance companies? if yes then first red flag here

Devinder Goyal from NFFI emailed us a pictures of the freight and of their truck on Tuesday that he "claims" is carrying our load to Abbotsford, BC. The email will be forwarded to the police for the report as well. This would make the load stolen and now becomes a criminal matter.

I'm no genius but that truck doesn't look like its hooked up to anything.

And it hasn't moved in a long time. It doesn't have a current IFTA sticker and it looks like it is at a repair facility.
I call BS.

LOL! They sent us separate pics of the freight/trailer and then the photo of the tractor from what I suspect is their yard here in Mississauga. Interesting that the CVOR on the side of the truck does not match what their actual CVOR number is. Also another question for anyone in the know. Their CVOR does not show any out of province mileage. Just Ontario only. I assume this means what I think it means, but should other mileage for other provinces show upon the CVOR?

Just to clarify, we never gave NFFI this load.

We brokered it to Gilson Freight, who possibly double brokered it to Tesla, who possibly triple brokered it to NFFI, who likely quadruple brokered it to Carrier X.

It looks like other issues were brought up earlier in a different post.

"I am an entrepreneur" & "firm believer that combination of technology and best brains can bring success"

REALLY, let's obtain 1 truck, CVOR, insurance, a subscription to Loadlink and double broker loads and not pay carriers...Not sure about anyone else but I do not call that entrepreneural, I would lean more towards Scammer...
It is entrepreneurial though. He found the scam market oversaturated with Nigerian princes and found a whole new scammy angle instead. Way to hustle, Minkle.

We are throwing every resource possible at this. Can anyone offer any thoughts on Golden Freight Forwarding and Marketing Inc? Operating out of the same address as NFFI. We are trying to give the police/insurance companies as much info as possible here. Any help is appreciated.
I am pretty sure this is the same as Candid Haulers.
