Hi Folks,

We have found ourselves in a pickle and looking to see if anyone on here is hauling this load.

We gave a load to Gilson Freight (based in Niagara Falls) from Ontario to BC. Was supposed to deliver yesterday. Got the usual "truck is broken down" routine. Today, Devinder from National Freight Forwarding calls our customer saying that they have the load and it is in quarantine because it was given to them by a fraudulent company. We call Devinder directly and he claims this load was given to him by Tesla Logistics. We tell Devinder that we will pay him directly since he is hauling the load. He sends us pictures of the freight, BOL and the truck. We explain we will pay him once he delivers and sends us the signed BOL and an invoice for the amount we were paying Gilson Freight. Devinder then tells us that he has 3 loads with Tesla totaling 23k and we must pay him the entire 23k before he delivers our load.

It is a longshot, but does anyone on here have a driver named Gurdeep Singh that is currently hauling a load from ON to Abbostford, BC?

This is National freight, We had to jump in here after seeing our name being dragged with all these fraud companies like Tesla..

Tesla playing s big scam games here again and again .. Tesla gave us load we are taking it to BC .. we have sent all proofs To L3M Freight Solutions that load is secure and is with us.

We are the Victims here and have nothing to do with Tesla or Kuldeep.
 
Devinder, We are trying to work with you here. L3M Freight has zero to do with Tesla, Kuldeep etc. We are a reputable broker that has been in business for 15 years and have never screwed a carrier out of a dime.

We will pay you for our load and only once it has been delivered, period. We will under no circumstances, pay you 23k for loads that have nothing to do with us.
 
@Freight17 Mike we got you point but your are trying to scam our name here where actual we are badly stuck in this situation.. we have our expenses too for each load.

if we had to ruin somebodies reputation we could have posted whole scam here long ago rather we reached to original shipper/receivers/brokers in this load to save them from the scam.

No scamming your name here you did that yourself with the move you are trying to do to Freight17.

How is it their fault you did loads for a scammer?

Devinder, again we are trying to work with you here and not trying to scam you. We (L3M Freight) are a reputable broker who run an honest business and have never not paid any carrier. We simply want to ensure that the right company is paid for OUR load. 1) We want to make sure Gurdeep Singh is your driver. 2) We are not paying for any Tesla load that does not involve us. Only 1 of your 3 unfortunate Tesla loads is linked to us, and we never dealt with Tesla directly any way – we gave the load to Gilson Freight. 3) We have agreed to pay you $9000.00 once you send us proof of delivery (signed BOL and invoice). We can’t help you get out of your mess with Tesla on your other loads, but we are throwing you a lifeline here on the load that you are doing that involves us. We did not want to have this conversation over a public forum, but you left us no choice when you demanded that we pay for 3 loads when only 1 of them is ours.

Lets join our hands to together in this dirty situation where we are stuck badly. Please do help us in finding the real brokers who tendered the loads to the TESLA LOGISTICS INC (Winnipeg/Calgary).

Total 3 loads were tendered to us by tesla, 2 of them are already delivered in Surrey and Calgary.

We were not aware of the scam until yesterday when we received an update from an insider who has updated us of the whole scam.

If anybody knows anything about the below receiver or broker as this load was dropped (given below), please do inform us or dm us;

Man oh man, this is exactly the worst type of BS that can result from double brokering. Someone owes someone else money and none of it has anything at all to do with the original broker and their customer. It reads like some sort of drug cartel story. Holding an innocent party hostage for the wrongs committed by another party is despicable. Anyone who participates in this sort of low life, pseudo criminal behaviour should be permanently black listed from everyones data base. Obviously they are incapable of being ashamed of such behaviour!

Devinder - this is Mike from L3M here. One suggestion on your Surrey/Calgary issues - reach out (nicely!) to the 2 shippers involved and ask them what broker they gave the freight to. They will likely tell you if you approach it right and then you can, in turn, reach out to those brokers for assistance to hopefully cut out the bad guys. Again, we are trying to do right by you/the carrier that actually did the load we were involved in (the Abbotsford one), but we need you to also be reasonable. Let's switch back over to a non-public form and get this thing put to bed. Thanks!

Absolutely call their insurance company and also advise your own insurer. Sometimes a nudge for either can motivate the deadbeat.
