nackawic transport

Did a load for Nackawic back in September and we are still waiting for payment. Keep getting the run around and no one returns phone calls. If anyone has any updated info on these people please advise and everyone beware.

Here's what I have for them, don't know if it's the same thing as you guys

Nackawic
56 Pinder Road
Nackawic, NB
ph : 506-575-1913
Fax : 506-575-2766

Don't know if that can help at all...

it just gets better

Contacted their customer who called Jeff who called me Finally got a check sent in a courier tp pick it up GOT IT IT IS POST DATED for a week strongly suggest the BIG DNU

I would try calling the bank manager were the cheque was issued and see if you can get it certified and the best way of going about it without having to go in everyday and hope. If this guy is doing this on a regular basis then he is no fan of the bank also and they may just help you out. Nothing to loose right.

Bounced cheque

You didn't indicate whether it was NSF, or payment stopped. Either way, he tendered to you a fraudulent document. You could also contact the customer again - persistence should pay off

Doing a load for me today, I hope he does't have a double brokering habit?

I would be careful!!! I blocked him after reading this website. He always had a truck wherever I had freight. Found it a little strange.

I sent Jamie a message, he sent my read receipt and I'm not hearing anything.
I have an August invoice and am not happy:mad:

As long as you have a cheque.. even if it is NSF you can put it "ON COLLECTION" with YOUR bank... there is a fee and it varies from bank to bank. Once a cheque is "on collection" as soon as there are funds deposited the collections are put through first.
