MTO - IRP system down??

Being told that the MTO's IRP system is down and that they will be unable to honor my 1pm renewal appt. Any brilliant ideas on a work around?
 
Hopefully they get it up and running, I have an 11:30 appointment for tomorrow...
 
From what I'm told it was their Waterloo office only and I am apparently going to be good to go with my new rescheduled appt for today.
