MRTC Transport

I saw your inquiry on MRTC, i have a load pending and thinking about using them, anything i should be worried about?

No issues that I'm aware of...a friend of mine works for a local broker and his experience has been good. I'm giving you the green light...
 
Used them a couple of times. Good service. They arrived late at a pickup once, but not their fault, traffic jam.
No issues otherwise...

Hi all
just wanted to share a situation we have with MRTC. They hauled a load for us in December to AB. Was supposed to be full load exclusive use. it has come to light that when they delivered to Costco there was loose loaded product on top of our freight and skids were refused by Costco. We were never told of the situation and now we are facing a big fine. Not to mention we still do not know where the skids of "expensive" shoes have gone. It is upsetting to say the least. We have asked them several times for answers but to no avail. We have filed an intent and will follow with a claim.

You may want to think twice when considering them for a load. If you do use them for an exclusive, make sure the order and bill of lading state exclusive use and put a seal on the trailer. :(
 
I'm a bit confused. Was there no shortage marked on the POD? How is it you only found this out now?
