came to this thread late but has anyone used Moto recently?
I mean I understand the agent dynamic and was generally okay with what I paid for when booking with Moto, but lately their service seem to have gone even worse? curious to see if it's a one off or if they might've gone way worse recently

We have used them for years without any real issues. The odd one is off schedule, but generally, they are okay. As long as you get their scheduling quirks, they are OK. We just had an important skid leave southern Texas for delivery next Wednesday into Calgary. We communicated our issues, and they followed through on their commitment so far. As a scheduling quirk, our point in Texas is considered out of the regular service area, so picking up Thursday to make the linehaul out Friday night is always a challenge unless you communicate the details and they look into getting it done.
okay. I've got an issue with them today that's bothered me a bit. don't want to be too specific since they will know what load it is, but it's reassuring that this could just be a one-off. i used to like moto over csa but they royally messed up some stuff for me this week.
