No, we sued and won in court. I dealt with him for quite a while and didn't really have an issue with them even though he's not known for paying too much. Wanted to claim on a load where the carrier wasn't at fault, we backed up the carrier. So that was the end of the story.

I'd just rather not get into too much detail about it. If someone wants to know more, PM me.
