The market is good for dispatchers Career in Montreal. Many transporter are seeking a dispatcher. But a dispatcher job is not an easy, flowing on the river, job. It requires a GPS in his-her brain, a psychological approach to talk to the drivers and no life to be available at all time.
If you are tired of this call me. I have a client who has a strong team. Not a one man show. They own their equipment, 300 trucks and trailers and have their own drivers.
SAFETY is their main concern. The client has invested in safety practices and process including a full time ( not a wanna be ) trainer to improve their fleet safety exposure.
Now we are seeking for two good dispatchers to team with a mature team, to guide the drivers from Us to montreal to US. Cross borders experience is a must.
Salaries between 50-70KS. full time. Daytime shift. West of the Montreal Island. very good office and strong team.
