MOH TRUCKING LTD.

If this is the same Moh Trucking out of Maple Ridge, BC, I've used them for LTL flatbed shipments and honestly never really had issues dealing with Wally & Angela. Sure, you may need to follow up a bit for updates but communication has been ok.

Maybe I will keep this info in mind moving forward.

We worked with Moh Trucking Ltd. in Apr 2024 and received a cheque from them that returned from the bank as NSF. After this, we never got a response on our payment. Contacted their customer as well and never received any response from them. Their accounts (Tanvir) rarely reply to emails, nor pick up phone calls. Ray Gill (dispatcher or Owner) made many excuses for the payment.

I've found that a "do it yourself" approach to collections often works best. When you're owed money and getting disrespected in the bargain... it has a way of firing up the juices so to speak. Sometimes it isn't worth it... a guy in Tulsa, OK refused to pay me for a $300.00 LTL years ago... there's really no recourse for that as any kind of redress would cost more than that. So I wrote it off. But in most cases where there's significant money involved it makes sense to get a collections agent ... and for really big amounts.. it pays to get a full fledged lawyer. I've found that personal visits work well.. it's much easier to ignore the problem when it's someone calling or emailing from a thousand miles away... much harder when the offended party is standing in your office looking for payment.

No one responds to emails. You guys just sit on a chair and stare at the computer. Your accounting girl Tanveer doesn't know anything.

Collections are zero help in the transportation industry. I currently have hired a collection agency to handle three claims, and it has been four months and NOTHING! We even have a judgment and still they cannot collect a dime. They haven't put liens on anything, only issued phone calls. Terrible. Even contacted Baxter Bailey and they said they cannot collect on a judgement???
Boxermom - I feel your pain....the percent of judgments actually enforced is less than 5% only IRS & Child Support or a government agency can really do it....Much expense court dates waiting lists to have assets seized post judgement. Wage assesments costly they just change jobs. You need to name and pressure all liable third parties for each claim...We are the navy seals of freight collections. drewt@rmhcoll.com / 619-681-1101 x 113
