Moga has been around for over 10 years talk to the owner BagiDid a load for them 3 Months ago, still have not been paid, getting nothing but excuses, anyone have a history with this company?
Financial Trouble
Did their customer pay them? Perhaps a call to them may speed things up. Personally, I'll wait until 30 days past terms - I get paid the next day or go to the customer - no exceptions!
Just got confirmation from Baghi, they are having financial trouble and cannot pay. GRRRRR!!!!!!

WTF do people take freight from these types of losers? There is freight out there, there are good companies to take it from, why, why, why?????

'cause you check them out and the paperwork always looks like it's in order. You got trucks sitting, burning fuel and the bills keep coming in. You take a load, for a crappy rate (enough to run the truck, generate an income/cash flow) and try to keep your drivers happy. Risk taking. Sometimes, you make it out alive. Other times, it floats in that A/R report that the boss slaps on your desk every Wednesday.

I don't know ... I can tell you that we don't have a problem with paying anyone and we still struggle sometimes to cover freight ... and some of it is really quite low margin.
I believe it comes down to people giving the trucks to whoever offers the most $, but if someone is offering over market there is a reason for it. Really, it's common sense.
I think if people really thought about it, they know I'm right. I'm not saying people are trying to cheat one another, it's a low margin business ... but really, people should have this figured out by now.
