Hey guys, I have a high value cargo on a new lane and my first option right now is MJS Logistics Inc.

Has anyone worked with them before?

Pickup and delivered on time.

Will take your dedicated load with time sensistive delivery and treat it as a partial, never got updated on time, multiple bullshitty stories about DOT inspection stops and accidents on the road to win more time on his LTL shipments...you will never be notified if another delay occurs, wanna find out?Call 40-50 times to get a guy on the phone that simply doesn't understand what he's doing. Never book with them even if you don't have other options. Value your client higher than money please. Never saw such a horrible service level and lack of communication in my entire career. They may be Ok for LTL, I have friends in other brokerages that use them, but I have to admit that this load was a total mess, pretty sure they took my dedicated load(4300 lbs) and put some more freight on the trailer, which caused the delay that costed a lot for my customer. And for FTL it's unnacceptable to ignore my emails/phone calls. I understand that everyone is doing this shit with partials, but be on time at least if you took the load at the FTL rate, AT LEAST tell me about the delay in advance...but it is what it is now.
