Subject: Missing Driver
Attention Friends and family:

I am putting this message out there so that maybe someone can help we are trying to locate a missing Driver, You all have to understand this driver as he is one of our finest he checks in every single day and is always on time for appointments and is very particular to keep in touch with everyone all the time.He was supose to cross the border Sunday night but never arrived, We have narrowed it down as to where he could be, he last fueled in Maryland and the last person to have spoken to him said he was just coming in to Wisconsin and that was late on Sunday afternoon . He last spoke to his wife on Sunday afternoon and he speaks to her 4 to 5 times a day, so this is very out of character for him. We have called customs to find out if his Pars has indeed been released and they have not. We are very worried for our driver and I am hoping everyone will post this to their Facebook.( If you have Facebook) in hopes this will get out there in case anyone sees him. His name is Gordon Lake He is Driving a 2013 International White in color with blue Decaling that says Waylon Transport. His plate # is J58473 Alberta. He is pulling a Tandem Step deck that has a Blue Peterbuilt truck on the back and few more pieces as well. If you see or hear from him please contact me immediately at lynne@waylontransport.com. Please let’s all try and work together to bring Gord Home his wife is very worried about him and so are all of us at Waylon Transport. I would love it if you could forward this email on to all your drivers or contacts we need to get the word out in hope that we can bring Gord home to his family and friends.

Thanks for your time.

For those of you on Facebook there is a site called Missing Truck Driver Alert Network Canada. They are a great resource if you ever find yourself in this situation to track down a driver. I found myself in that situation once but the driver called in okay before the Cavalry was sent out looking for him. Join up and help spread the word through your fleets if someone goes MIA
